Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy is provided in addition to and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, with tags, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Where required by applicable law, we will also provide information regarding return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs before the return is finalized. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-compliant item under applicable consumer protection laws, the customer is solely responsible for all direct costs of returning the goods. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered or reimbursed by us. By requesting a return for reasons other than a defect or legal non-conformity, you acknowledge and agree to arrange and pay for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if parts are missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise non-compliant with legal guarantees applicable in the European Union, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, except where otherwise required under applicable law, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items made specifically to your specifications), and sealed personal care goods (such as beauty products) once they have been opened after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Sale items may still be eligible for return or refund where required under applicable consumer protection laws, including where the goods are defective or where a statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in accordance with this policy, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange where applicable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without having to provide a justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement sent by email to nepavadinta@gmail.com
You may use the following wording, although it is not mandatory:
“I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following goods: [INSERT ORDER DETAILS].”
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, subject only to handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law, including personalized goods, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and perishable items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or, where applicable, from the day you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment service provider to process and post the refund.
Where required under applicable law, original standard delivery charges paid at checkout will be refunded together with the purchase price. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise or where the return relates to defective, damaged, incorrect, or legally non-compliant goods.
