Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
As each item is individually sourced and reworked, processing times may vary slightly. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Lithuania: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–10 business days
International: 5–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide.
For international orders:
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
The customer is fully responsible for any such charges
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Responsibility
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If your order arrives:
damaged, or
incorrect
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:
failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
packages returned due to non-collection
If a package is returned to us:
reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.
We will:
- investigate the issue with the shipping carrier
- work towards a resolution (replacement or refund where appropriate)
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs processing
- natural events or circumstances beyond our control
However, we will always assist in resolving any delivery issues.
